Villages of Wakefield is a 550-home community and is located within the Wakefield subdivision in North Raleigh. We have single-family homes as well as patio homes and townhomes. Our clubhouse, playground, park and pool facilities get a lot of use and are the highlight of our neighborhood. We are a social community with committees and clubs and a variety of social activities for the residents who call the Villages of Wakefield home.
**** Per community covenants Article IX section 8- Residents are expected to clean up after your animal. Pet poop stations are provided as a courtesy via the board to assist resident dog walkers. Owners are responsible for their animal being on the property- All owners shall promptly clean up pet waste.

Please make sure you leave your name, community name, address, phone number, and email with the answering service. If your call is deemed an emergency, your information will be provided to the On Call Manager to handle the issue for you. If your call is not an emergency, the information will be provided to your Management Team to handle during normal business hours.
